To play solid defense, if you are guarding the person with the ball, keep your eyes on the basketball. You can inflatable bounce the ball a couple moments, spin it within your hands and fingers, talk to yourself, etc . Think of yourself creative and find a regime that works best for you. You will eventually attract comfortable with this shot performing the same routine over and over.

Keep the basketball during TV time frame at home. Any contact you include with the ball will only transform your life skills. You are essentially coaching your hands how to work with often the ball.
