It's not a must combat for players in the Elden Ring

Breath attacks work great when flushing opponents out of cover or knocking them down from afar Elden Ring weapons, and it's enjoyable to quickly whip out breath attacks such as Dragonfire as well as Rotten Breath on an unsuspecting adversary.

If you can get it off at a good time it can work well as a finishing move when your opponent is trying to pull back from the their range of Corpse Piler power, with the hope that they've gotten a chance of safety to regenerate their stamina at a mid-range distance.

As with other NPCs within Elden Ring, Latenna is simple to overlook. However, it's definitely an experience worth taking and arguably even one of the most important quests in the game. It will lead you to two massive and optional areas, the Consecrated Snowfield and Miquella's Hligtree with some of the most challenging boss fights that you'll come across when you're in The Lands Between.

The first step in finishing Latenna's questline entails an additional NPC completely. Head to the Village of the Albinaurics located in the southwest corner of Liurnia of the Lakes. After you've climbed the hill, passing the hard-hitting Perfumer enemy, you'll spot the largest pot.

Enter it to reveal Albus who is a scared villager disguised as a villager cheap Elden Ring Runes. Talk to him twice and he'll hand you the Haligtree Secret Medallion (Right) telling you to return it to Latenna as soon as you locate her.
